We're here to help you get the most out of Culinario.
Culinario teaches you to cook the way you'd learn a language — with short, structured lessons and hands-on practice. Instead of memorizing recipes, you build intuition around the fundamentals of great food: salt, acid, fat, and heat.
No. Culinario starts with the basics and builds up gradually. Follow the path lesson by lesson, and each step assumes only what you've already learned.
Practice drills are interactive exercises that train your palate and technique — seasoning by taste, reading a sizzle to judge pan heat, balancing a dish, and more. They turn what you've read into something you can feel.
Yes. Culinario stores your progress on your device and syncs it to your private iCloud, so your streaks, XP, and completed lessons follow you to any device signed in to the same Apple Account.
You earn XP for completing lessons and drills. Keep a daily streak going to stay motivated, hit your daily goal, and unlock achievements as you learn — a friendly nudge to cook a little every day.
Make sure you're signed in to iCloud and that iCloud Drive is enabled for Culinario in Settings. Syncing needs a network connection and can take a moment. If progress still doesn't appear, try reopening the app after a few minutes.
No account is required. Culinario works without any sign-up, using your device and private iCloud for storage.
Culinario is a subscription app with a free trial for new subscribers. Pricing and trial length are shown in the App before you subscribe.
Open Culinario, go to Profile, and tap "Manage Subscription" — this opens Apple's subscription management directly in the App. You can also cancel any time from your Apple Account settings (Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on iOS). Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged for the next period.
If you've reinstalled the App or switched devices signed in to the same Apple Account, open "Manage Subscription" in Profile — active subscriptions restore automatically.
